As for the app and systems, it works well except for the lack of being able to type a short note or request extra/no/lite onions, and certain other options, so I'm unable to actually use it for the orders I require them. This goes for the in-store self-service touch screens at some stores too since it's the same system. I am forced to seek personal help for those orders.

Logging in incredibly difficult. They have disabled the auto fill function for the username and password. Why can't I use my password manager to auto fill these fields??? Worst of all, even if you end up saving the password with the password manager, it is not searchable as "Pollo loco"! It must save under the name of a third party app name or something because I can't seem to find the saved password for the life of me. Enable the auto fill function, or biometrics, or I won't use your app!

Horrible app! If you try to create an account, well good luck! I think last time I signed in with Facebook or Google, howwver on my new phone I wanted to create a simple account and it is ridiculous how difficult they have made it. Your password stays hidden so you can't even see what you're entering. It also doesn't automatically save the information. I had this problem last year and stopped going at all because it just wasn't worth the trouble with so many other food options. Fix your app!
